I have received the absolute best service from Schulte Subaru. From purchasing my car with Ryan, to getting my car serviced, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I especially love the pickup/drop off service where the service techs pick up my car from my home and drop it back off when complete. It’s been so helpful to me in taking better care of my car and following through on the necessary service needs when it needs it, especially as a person with a chronic illness - that is sometimes hard to do! They have always been very communicative when my car was in the shop, and super friendly.
My experience with Schulte Subaru in Sioux Falls was awesome. I was helped right away. The service advisor was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I was provided a vehicle while my car was being worked on. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done.
I decided with 2025 being the last year the Subaru Legacy was being made I wanted to up grade. I worked with Ryan McConnell and Jeremy Griffith. I was very specific with what I wanted from the beginning, a 2025 Legacy Sport in Black and they made it happen! Working with the two of them was amazing. Ryan taught me how to use many of the new functions in the car, paired my phone and talked me through how to set my garage door up to the buttons in the car. I felt welcomed, heard, seen, and appreciated. I will be back when it’s time to upgrade again. If you are looking for some who will take care of you when you need a car go to Subaru in Sioux Falls and work with Ryan (R2) and Jeremy. An awesome pair to work with! They deserve more than 5 stars!
I really enjoyed my time at Schulte today! I got my car for here almost 5 years ago and the service has been consistently great! Josh Brenner was incredibly kind at the service desk and the lobby was comfortable to do work in while I waited. Always impressed by the quality and community they have created!
This particular Subaru dealership has been wonderful to work with even though I didn't buy my Subaru from them. Pricing is clear, communication is always upfront, and they are understanding of the situation you find yourself in on that particular day. Take in point, 6pm dinner plans downtown and when I park my ignition will not release the key. Tried everything from what I could Google to calling the dealership and after 30 minutes (20 minutes on my own, 10 minutes with them) they told me to bring it in now just minutes before they closed completely (service center was already closed). They parked it in their garage and gave me a loaner. Still made it to dinner, only a casual 1 hour late. My vehicle was fixed the next even topping off the whole experience with the best resolution. Really was a great team with every person I interacted with from the start to finish. I've only had great care like this from them.
The Subaru team is outstanding! I especially liked the video the service tech sent me as he was working on my car. Showed the filters that needed to replaced and why (dirty!)it is the upmost transparent way they to let you know why a specific service is needed! Very pleasant and professional staff!
We lost our 2019 Forester in an accident and we knew we would get another Subaru. Even though we didn’t buy our first Subaru from Schulte every time we went in we were treated friendly and warm. When we went in to get our 2nd Subaru we were greeted with a friendly smile from Ryan Gaddis. We highly recommend Schulte Subaru as well as a Subaru after our accident.
Subaru service department is the best. I was well informed of the work that needed to be done. Call backs were returned promptly and the service text was professional and kind. We had an extra long wait time due to the insurance company delays. However, Subaru loaned us a very nice car to drive until the work could be performed. I am very pleased and grateful that Subaru was so accommodating. Thank you Subaru!!! Jackie
